Our story begins where so many others have before: New York. Specifically at the United Nations – a place where leaders gather to make decisions of historic importance. Yet reaching consensus is harder today than it ever was. We saw at the UN how different versions of the same story – how we might all live together in peace – sometimes fail to align.
So we asked: how can we help these stories align?
Enter our experience as artists. As an opera singer who loves bold performances and a photographer with an eye for both hidden details and the big picture, we have learned that the best stories are told with precision, honesty and courage. Only a story that includes and truly touches an audience will have the power to affect them.
Because if New York has taught us anything, it's that there's no better way to change the course of history than to engage your audience with a good story.
An art form as old as time, yet as powerful as ever.
